  • Tuesday: Weights and 1 hour yoga class
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: 45 min Cardio Class, 45 Minute Weight Lifting Class, 1 Hour Yoga
  • Friday: 1 hour Power Yoga Class
  • Saturday: Active Rest (a lot of walking…er….shopping 🙂 )
  • Sunday: 4 mile trail run

  • Monday: Rest
  • Tuesday: Full body weights and HIIT
  • Wednesday: 4 mile trail run
  • Thursday: Rest
  • Friday: 1 hour Power yoga class
  • Saturday: 1 hour power yoga class
  • Sunday: Rest
