Monday: full body weights/cardio

Tuesday: 1 hour power yoga, 1 hour yoga

Wednesday: 45 minute spin class, 30 minute arm weights

Thursday: 45 minute zumba class

Friday: leg weight session and cardio

Saturday: 1 hour power yoga
